The Adirondack 46ers are the 46 High Peaks in New York's Adirondack Park that were originally believed to exceed 4,000 feet in elevation. Completing all 46 makes you an official "46er."
About the High Peaks
The Adirondack High Peaks Wilderness is a rugged region of mountains, lakes, and forests:
- Highest Peak - Mount Marcy at 5,344 feet
- Trailless Peaks - 20 peaks have no maintained trails
