About Bridalveil Fall

Bridalveil Fall is one of Yosemite's most iconic and accessible waterfalls, visible from many valley viewpoints and cascading 620 feet in a delicate veil-like stream. This incredibly short 0.5-mile round trip is perfect for all ages and abilities, including wheelchairs (though the final approach is steep and may require assistance).

In spring, Bridalveil roars with snowmelt and sprays mist over the entire viewing area. By late summer, the flow decreases to a gentle veil—hence the name. Either season offers unique beauty and photo opportunities of this Yosemite classic.
